Treatments & services at The Mud Room include a full consultation, health, skin & coat check.
Our Full Groom service includes 2 washes, a body massage with a deep conditioning treatment or a mud bath to soothe their skin. All with our in-house high-quality range of shampoos and products that are handpicked for your dog’s needs and coat. All dogs are wrapped in a lavender infused towel and fully blow dried by hand followed by layer brushing to get their fur tangle free this is then followed by a full cut and styling as well as hygiene area, paw pads, ear clean and nail clipped. This is then finished with a spritz of our natural fragrance.

Our puppy package is a 4 session course designed to introduce your puppy so the sounds and sensations of grooming. It is a highly beneficial service for your pup to ease into having their coat groomed regularly, our puppy package also includes goodies for you and your pup to learn how to take care of its coat at home.

Long-haired breeds and cats that struggle to groom themselves properly will benefit from this service. As most cats are notorious shedders, we fully remove all deadcoat from your pet so that human laps covered in fur are a thing of the past, as well as making your cat’s coat shiny, fresh and tangle-free. Regular grooming helps to prevent matting too, which can be uncomfortable or even painful for your pet.

Rabbits and guineas with fine fur are prone to matting and as such benefit from regular grooming to prevent larger mats and tangles, which can be uncomfortable or even painful for your pet. They may also need a trim of longer fur to remain clean and fresh.

We have a 24hr cancellation policy , no refunds will be issued for no shows and cancellations past the policy.

Ultrasonic Teeth Cleaning

We use Emmi-Pet, an ultrasound system which cleans with 96 million micro-oscillations per minute and no harsh mechanical brushing. This gentle cleaning action breaks down bacteria, tartar and plaque which removes the basis for dental disease, and promotes healthy circulation in the mouth. Emmi-pet has been approved for veterinary use so you can rest assured that the procedure is perfectly safe for your dog.
